Economics Master's Program
Economics Thesis Master's Program has started to accept students as of the 2019-2020 Academic Year Fall semester.

The purpose of the Economics Department master's program;

To ensure that our research assistants who will work in our faculty start their postgraduate education within the institution,
To provide postgraduate education opportunities to students who successfully graduate from our faculty and in this way to create resources for the academic staff of the future,
In our city and surrounding provinces and districts, to meet the needs of those who have language degrees and work in the public and private sectors and want to make a career,
Taking into consideration that one of the duties of universities is to conduct scientific research for the region and region in which they are located, Elazığ and its surroundings need expert human beings in economic matters. To contribute to the needs of the environment and the country by creating resources, to help identify problems arising in economic matters with scientific methods and to develop alternative suggestions for solving these problems.

PhD Program in Economics
PhD Program in Economics 2021-2022 It started teaching by accepting students as of the Fall semester of the Academic Year.

The aim of the Economics PhD program is;

Able to communicate and cooperate effectively in group work; to raise well-equipped individuals who have adopted the spirit of research, who can use science and technology for the benefit of society and humanity, who respect the environment and ethical values, who have adopted lifelong learning as a principle, and who can compete internationally, to ensure that research assistants who will work in our faculty complete their postgraduate education within the institution. ,
Creating resources for the academic staff of the future by providing the opportunity for doctoral education to students who have successfully completed our master's program,
